The next part of your Leading Transformation journey brings together your learning – on-the-job experience, coaching and program learning from your Action Learning Project – via the completion of Professional Practice Credentials.
MyState have selected credentials that will help empower, motivate and inspire you as a leader to respond to changes associated with MyState’s digital transformation.
Each of the four credentials – Leading and Developing People, Empowering Others, Adaptive Mindsets and Driving Strategic Results – will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your capability and experience. On completion of the leadership program, these credentials can be applied as credits to further university qualifications.

Deakin’s Professional Practice Credentials are a new form of assessing, recognising and uplifting your workplace capabilities. Credentials provide:
Formal recognition through Deakin University of your existing capabilities through your past and current on-the-job work experiences.
A blended reflective learning approach that leverages the 70:20:10 learning model
A simple online process for the completion of your credentials – you do not need to attend formal onsite classes or sit exams.
Expert assessment of your capabilities by university-verified assessors to provide independent validation and formalised feedback to further your professional development.
